Carole Moore McLeod Entrepreneur Summit

Appalachian State University’s Entrepreneur Summit brings together students, entrepreneurs, alumni, and community members for a day of real-world learning, connection, and entrepreneurial thinking. Hosted by the Center for Entrepreneurship in the Walker College of Business and named for Carole Moore McLeod, the annual Summit challenges participants to see opportunity, create value, and take action.

Through interactive workshops, conversations with experienced business leaders, and hands-on experiences, participants explore how to put entrepreneurial thinking into practice — whether launching a venture, innovating within an organization, or approaching their career with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Held on App State’s Boone campus, the Summit is open to students from every major and the broader community, with no fee to attend.
