2021 Spring Launch Party Finalists and Winners

Mag Pan - Third Place Winner

Ben HertelMag Pan provides a safe, level, and easily accesible place to store small parts, eliminating the risk of loss, misplacing or accidental spilling of small project parts. The magnetic parts tray provides space to separate and label each compartment, eliminating the confusion that a user may face keeping track of pieces and parts when assembling their project. It consists of a 6-cup design (like a shallow muffin pan). Each cup has a  thermoplastic rubber coated magnet to keep all parts secure in their section and prevent scratches on the mounting surface. These magnets will also allow the user to secure the tray to a toolbox or any ferrous metallic product when the tray is not in use. A conveniently located dry-erase pen will be magnetically secured to the pan. Mag Pan also includes two elastic Velcro straps that provide a way to secure the pan to a surface, such as a  motorcycle fender or the frame of a car.
